3.4 Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping excluding Asia and certain remote areas. We provide two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate shipping fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaged in the original packaging, including all certificates, boxes, and documents.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personal nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Engagement Rings, Eternity Jewelry, and Bridal Jewelry, unless defective or incorrect.

4.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.
4. Ship the package to the address provided using a tracked and insured shipping service.

4.4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• PayPal: 3-5 business days

4.5 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
