Pilot’s watch legends such as the Mark 11 from 1948 are not only milestones in the company’s history, but have had a lasting influence on the appearance of classic pilot’s watches. With the Pilot’s Watch Mark XX (Ref. IW328201), IWC offers an attractive entry-level model that represents the classic pilot’s watch in its most beautiful form. Not a line too many, everything has been designed for clarity and ease of use. The Arabic numerals are large and round in their place on the black dial with two exceptions: The typical pilot’s triangle with lateral dots for orientation is positioned on the number twelve, and the date appears at three o’clock. On the back of the 40-millimeter stainless-steel case, which is fitted on a color-coordinated black calfskin strap with quick-change system, is a Ju 52 engraved on the bottom.
