With the Laureato, Girard-Perregaux introduced a watch in 1975 that quickly became an icon. In this special version (Ref. 81010-52-3118-1CM), the Swiss watch manufacturer combines the timeless and purist elegance of the line with pure luxury. The 42-millimeter 18k rose gold case houses a magnificent black onyx dial, which is handcrafted in 15 different operations and features a date display at 3 o’clock. Hands and hour markers shine in warm gold tones and, together with the bracelet also made of 18k rose gold, form a strong contrast to the deep black onyx. Inside this luxurious timepiece ticks self-winding manufacture caliber GP01800, which can be viewed through the sapphire crystal caseback.
