The annual calendar, launched in 1996, is designed to recognize different month lengths and thus only needs to be corrected once per year, when February changes to March. This model, reference 5396R-015, packages this elaborate mechanism in an 18k rose gold case measuring 38.5 x 11.2 millimeters. The blue dial, which celebrates the high art of minimalism with applied diamond hour markers, displays the date at six o’clock through a prominent aperture.
