With the Classique Calendrier 7337 (reference 7337BB/12/9VU), the French watchmaker is building on the collection of elegant timepieces in its Classique line and adding a further, contemporary interpretation in a modern style. At the same time, however, it has not lost sight of the definitive Breguet style elements. The 18 k white-gold dial, with hand-applied guilloche, presents a detailed moon-phase display framed by a date and day display. Within the hour-minute display, the small seconds complication is set against an elegant chessboard motif. The clear design of the dial with its filigree Breguet hands is no less impressive than the automatic movement, caliber 502.3 QSE1 in an 18 k white-gold case measuring 39 millimeters in diameter and 9.9 millimeters in height, and the silicon hairspring that ensures maximum precision. The blue alligator-skin strap elegantly rounds off the design of this aficionado’s watch.
